Geo V Posted 26 February 2008 Posted 26 February 2008 Hi all 59 People registered for the chance to win a season ticket which wasn't the minimum 100 we needed so I have had to revise the competition. I have sent emails to all individuals to see if you still want to go for it and have also clarified the rules below. ENTRY FEE - £5 PRIZE £150 POUNDS (or Half season ticket - Up to you how you want it) DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT - 21st of March HOW TO PAY - Either email me for my address for cheques/cash or Paypal account number. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO? You have to guess how many league goals will be scored in all English League league games played on Saturday 22nd March 2008. Its not too late to enter but I MUST have that money by the closing date of the 21st of March (if sending by post, send at least 3 working days earlier to reach in time). Failure to send in the money means your selection is null and void. Please let me know via mail if you want to join in and your preferred method of payment so I can send you my details of address or Paypal number. You can use this thread if you are new to the competition and want to register, just send me a mail to confirm your payment method. Remember why we are doing this though. Its to help Mark finance the forum and the approximate £100-150 that is left over after the prize will go to him to help with those costs. If a miracle happens and we do get the initial 100 entries then the prize will revert back to the full season ticket but to be fair, I cant see that happening although I will adjust the first prize accordingly if we do get say 10 or more entries. I`ll be listing the full fixtures for English matches on the competition date of Saturday the 22nd of March in the next ten days to give people ample time to guess how many will go in and a I will think of a couple of back-up questions in the event that people guess the same answer correctly. Good Luck

Geo V Posted 28 February 2008 Author Posted 28 February 2008 Bit confused.. have we joined the two competitions together? What has happened mate, due to lack of interest and being unable to get the 100 entrants required, I have had to revise the competition to give a lesser prize as we only have just over half the original wanted entrants. In essence, this is the new competition, new prize and Im trying to see how many people want to join in to win the half-season ticket or take £150 instead.
Daggers Posted 28 February 2008 Posted 28 February 2008 I'm still waiting to get an email address to Paypal to.
