Thracian Posted 20 March 2008 Posted 20 March 2008 Does anyone know where there might be a potential auction room for hire cheaply once a month in and around Leicester/Leicestershire/Warwickshire. Preferably a licensed premises with a big downstairs room, easy access and with good free parking nearby? Not village halls. They are too expensive now.

WMC's, Constitutional Clubs, anywhere the midweek takings need a boost but where they don't want to take it out of the auctioneers pocket. The problem with scout halls is providing your own catering. Now you need a food handling certificate to make and sell a sandwich I don't want to be involved with it.
