Simi Posted 22 March 2008 Posted 22 March 2008 Ah right. Fair play. What was the trouble around your bit then during the first half? Probably got something to do with bleeding stewards again. I've said something in the post match thread which you might want to take a look at. Basically the stewards attempted to "forcefully" remove Andy (StandupandSing) for not being on the right row and overcrowding a row. But strength in numbers made them leave it.
C-man Posted 22 March 2008 Posted 22 March 2008 It's fun jumping on Tommeh singing songs like the "Tigers are gonna claw you" which Maybes particulary liked. Or "We're going up as fckin champions". Also made me giggle. I wouldn't be suprised if they did go up as fucking champions.
Tevez Posted 23 March 2008 Author Posted 23 March 2008 I wouldn't be suprised if they did go up as fucking champions. We make any team look like they're going up as champions.
C-man Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 We make any team look like they're going up as champions. True, but they're in better form than all the teams at the top. If they beat Watford next Saturday they're on their way.
Thracian Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 I stuck it out but it was clear there'd be no revival. Hull were timewasting to the point of mickey-taking almost throughout the second half and the referee clearly had no intention of doing anything about it which I thought was pathetic. Had we scored to make it 2-1 I'd have been fascinated to see just what Hull could have got away with but I doubt they'd even have got around to taking the kick-off. It really is time the authorities clamped down on deliberate timewasting.
Head Honcho Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Who left when they scored they're second? Was alot of people who left, especially in the Kop. Edit: Inspired by Jose Mourinho.

One of the reasons why I did not want him as our manager!
C-man Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Ollie's been the master of this tactic at his previous clubs especially at QPR, chickens - roost . One of the reasons why I did not want him as our manager! I wouldn't worry about him doing that here. We're never winning for him to even contemplate time-wasting. Nowadays, how many managers don't time-waste if they are winning? I hate it with a passion and free-kicks should never be given to the attacking team if they keep the ball in the corner and there is a tangle. In one instance Hendrie blatantly kicked Windass (I think), the referee awarded the free kick, but it just encourages them to waste time further.
