I'd say its a distinctly average 3rd person shooter, nothing great about it, the cover system that seems to be very popular nowadays is used in it (to not particularly good effect), it has a reasonable storyline, with 2 endings, and has an interesting online game, involving bank heists and getting loadsa money from these heists, and betraying your team mates along the way to get even more money, which can be great fun to be fair, though its difficult. I'd say theres better out there, but at the prices i've seen on ebay (around a tenner), i'd give it a shot, you just might like it....

Joe. Posted 2 April 2008 Posted 2 April 2008 Halo 3 is a godly game. I also looked at getting Kane and Lynch before, just don't think I'd play it enough. For example, I've played Assasin's Creed once since Christmas May get it eventually off ebay if I've got some spare cash lying around.

Tried the demo, what a joke. The enemy just rush at you and stand right in front of you before firing. Complete farce. I don't know why games developers feed us with such rubbish. If it's not up to COD4 standards, don't bother! Blacksite Area 51 is another prime example of rubbish which should never hit the shelves!

I was amazed to get £18 for Rainbow Six Vegas on PS3, considering the new one just released. I only got £15 for the other game I traded in. Word of advice. Buy games online, try Shopto.net, and once you've got enough to trade, take them into GAME and get some new ones from there. Gamestracker.com is a good way of finding the cheapest online prices for games. You can save anything up to £15 compared to stores prices in town.

It was a demo dont forget mate, i know they're trying to sell you the game, but they have time for improvements. I actually played the demo and thats what made me go out and buy it. Might of been a different demo though, as mine is on 360? Who knows. But anyway, it's not CoD Standard, not many are (online, anyway), but in my opinion itsa solid game, if a bit frustrating.
