All points are true. Point 4 is key here, we expected to be top and cruising this league, correct? Maybe that’s the issue, we aren’t that good at the moment and are having to rebuild and we need some fans to realise this. We have no given right to walk the league (see last year), it comes with hard work and all pulling in the same direction and trying to build that relationship with the fans. However that is hard to do with such a toxic environment, aim it at the owners but the players need encouragement.

My head isn’t up anyone’s arse, just trying to say that this isn’t RM’s fault when it started years ago with mismanagement. The thread is about RM not upper management and owners correct? Now, if it was about the owners then yes I would agree they need to be held accountable and that isn’t something that we’ve seen or heard. It’s shocking what’s happened to us over the past 5 years and something that shouldn’t have happened.

And that is the issue isn’t it. Years of mismanagement! Not really RM’s fault is it? He’s trying to sort this out but as you and I can probably agree, he’s fighting an uphill battle. So, my question to you is… who and how does this get fixed?

He’s got to start somewhere to help us out of the mess. That work has started by getting rid of the “bad apples”. Let’s see where we’re at by the end of the January window and I hope we’ll be in a better place in the table. However that will only happen if the fans stop booing at every opportunity.

I like the engagement, I thought what he said was true. We have been sh*t for a long time. We’ve had “fans” moaning and booing at every opportunity. The sooner fans realise that we are where we are and accept that we are “sh*t” maybe we can start pulling in the same direction and giving encouragement to the team the sooner we can get out.

This isn’t a brilliant squad, and right before the international break. Faes should be nowhere near the first team or club, if we lose this it’ll be a very hard road for Martin to come back from. Usually in the first to shout for positivity but this just drains me, LT and WF shouldn’t be here or in the first team. LT did alright at CB and was deserving of his place but he’s just not good enough. No idea what McFarlane has done but I thought he was very positive and also Bristric Id have him over BDCR. Also feel sorry for Niemi as he should be in the squad. Anyways, fingers crossed for a winning result.

From his interview in the LCFC site, he acknowledges that he has to fight for his place, knows we have some very good you options, will be there to help and encourage them whilst trying to get into the team. I believe this signing will benefit Braybrooke and Page, giving them some much needed experience and someone who can help them in games we need to see out or show calm manner. He would have been a brilliant option to have against Plymouth. As others have said, the experience can only be a good thing.

That will be the team in my opinion. I can’t see any changes to the back line after two clean sheets in a row.

I have no confidence in McCarthy’s passing ability. I’m adamant he does not look when passing. No way a “professional goalkeeper” should be doing a 2 foot pass to a player who is under pressure.

Jesus, there’s way too much negativity. How about, for your mental healths sake, invest your time in something other than Leicester… go out and enjoy your weekend instead of constantly complaining and moaning, maybe you’ll all feel better. Was just about to say this, play to him was so slow. Can’t be helped with Skipp in the deeper role, ideally it should have been Braybrooke there. Just look at the almost pre-assist to Burns. Im looking forward to seeing what he can do when Bristric is in the team. He had a lot of time outside but had to wait for support as BDCR was basically talking to our CB’s in his positioning.

Braybrooke needs to be in place of Skipp. He can do so much more with the ball in tight spaces and can actually play a pass. BDCR needs to be far away from the starting lineup, he offered nothing and almost caused issues playing the Ayew role of dropping deep, and offering nothing up top. I feel he negated Cullen who didn’t do himself any favours, but I can give him the benefit of the doubt trying to play up top with BDCR is no easy thing to do. The sooner Bristric is up to speed the better. I hope to see some strength and linkup play and none of this deep dropping. Positives, some good play and the youngsters in Alves, Braybrooke and JJ did so well. They should be ever presents and hopefully improve as the season progresses. It’s not all doom and gloom, a draw away isn't terrible.

I agree in terms of strikers, last time we were here we had Fryatt and Howard. However, who would be available for £5m and is quality? I also don’t believe we have any money for that either.

Let’s be realistic here, we’re not the finished article… not by a long shot. We won, got a clean sheet and the academy players produced some good bits of play. There were and are going to be mistakes in this style of play but not overly worried right now. We do need a proper striker and not BDCR, we can’t rely on him. We need to move Skipp out and put Braybrooke in that position as he looks so much more comfortable dictating the game whereas as that isn’t Skipp. I look forward to getting our new ST in and hopefully adding some much needed physicality. As much as people want free-flowing fast attacks, myself included it will take time. We will have games where that happens and others won’t. We dominated, actually managed to string more than 3 passes together and were the dominant team. Yes, I know we nearly messed up in defence… but we didn’t.

93rd minute and nearly another mix up with Okoli and another defender. First it was Thomas and now aluko(?). Common denominator is Okoli, needs to find a voice and own the ball.
