Teeno Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 Have been thinking for some while now about getting a supports club going in Melton. Seems to be a few people interested, was just wondering if there is any other City fans this way who I don't really know. Would organise coach's for away games, weekends away, ticket collections, and of course would gives us all an excuse to meet up every now and again to get p**sed and talk about our favourite subject LCFC.

Hey Teeno it soundslike a good idea but you might get more members if you included Grantham in the equation Grantham and Melton Foxes for example, we are only like 20mins away you know!! There is a bus that leaves from Grantham to all home matches via Melton and villages never caught it myself but must have a few regulars to keep it going if you could collect those foxes fans that use that bus you already have the basis of a supporters club and a number of people for away games etc if you look at this link from the OS it gives the number of the steward on the bus you should give him a call and get some leaflets printed etc
