foxes_fan Posted 15 April 2005 Posted 15 April 2005 i really liked this fella, especially them bloody throw in's! i want him back
Scow Posted 15 April 2005 Posted 15 April 2005 Those throw ins were crap though. It never led to anything meaningful in front of goal. I liked him when he was here, but we need to move on.
davieG Posted 15 April 2005 Posted 15 April 2005 Over-rated and has sex with lying, blackmailing tarts
Cat Burger Posted 15 April 2005 Posted 15 April 2005 The only things he used to do were fouls and REALLY long throw in's. But I still liked him.
Simon Posted 15 April 2005 Posted 15 April 2005 Forward Not Back.He wanted too much money. 93153[/snapback] How do you know this? I thought he was just released- he said he wanted to stay.
Little Nicky Posted 15 April 2005 Posted 15 April 2005 I liked how he used to gee the fans up, we miss that attribute this season, although I think Maybury could be that man next season!

TornadoShaunUK Posted 16 April 2005 Posted 16 April 2005 Freund was a good player in my eyes, apart from his horrific long range shooting. The only players we are really missing in my eyes are Dickov and Izzet. Izzet more so than any, I still dont think we have anyone who is consistantly good at set pieces. I think Conolly could be equally as good as Dickov if given the service. Infact I think he seems a more intelligent player than Dickov, and it seems a dependable penalty taker which we havent had for a while =/. Worst thing is, things dont seem to be going to great for Izzet at Birmingham, if hed stayed here again he may be in a lower division but atleast hed probably be enjoying his football. Birmingham may be in the Premiership but they are hardly a big club..

MC Prussian Posted 16 April 2005 Posted 16 April 2005 Steffen Freund has quit professional football and resides now in Neu-Fahrland, Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany, with his wife and his two kids. He is still playing the game, though.

Connolly is a good penalty taker but remember he did miss his first one against Derby -so to say Connolly is the only dependable penalty taker we've had in a while is wrong imo.
Molson Canadian Posted 16 April 2005 Posted 16 April 2005 i thought i was a good asset to the team and i think if he was still in the squad team moral would be certainly up
