DB11 Posted 11 February 2009 Posted 11 February 2009 Hmmm if I'm being 100% honest I'd still have loved to experience that from when we went up rather than where we are now.

Yes but they could easily be heading for administration and then dooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo o oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooommmmmm m mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm We were lucky back in our day now they have bastard -30points or whatever it is
DB11 Posted 11 February 2009 Posted 11 February 2009 We were lucky back in our day now they have bastard -30points or whatever it is The day when we were successful? Well I didn't like football / support Leicester back then so meh!
Bert Posted 11 February 2009 Posted 11 February 2009 The day when we were successful? Well I didn't like football / support Leicester back then so meh! Are you totally stupid? The time when we were in Administration. We escaped a points deduction, whereas other teams (Luton, Leeds, Rotherham, Bournemouth) have faced points deductions.
Father Ted Posted 12 February 2009 Posted 12 February 2009 Add to that list Middlesborough and possibly West Ham. If Pompey or Middlesborough go down I can see it being very painful.
Unit Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 Add to that list Middlesborough and possibly West Ham.If Pompey or Middlesborough go down I can see it being very painful. I have 3 quid on a premier league team going into administration in 2009, got 40/1 at the start of the season now it's like 14/1... cmon pompey!
Jay Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 The trouble with the Premier League is that when you chase the dream you have to put the entire future of the club at risk the difference between the Premiership and Championship in terms of money is just stupid now and the same can be said for the top and bottom of the premier league. The only thing that will happen in the future is promoted teams getting thrashed week in week out taking the money and relegation allowing them to be a top championship side. Something really needs to be done but I can't see it being long before a top flight side falls apart.
