Pst Posted 14 February 2009 Posted 14 February 2009 Respect to the Swindon fans for clapping for the 1 min aswell, had my respect and alot of people who sat around me's respect too. Fair play I'm sorry but I thought it warrents a topic.
Guest Bilo Posted 16 February 2009 Posted 16 February 2009 Spot on. The minute's applause seems so much more appropriate than the silence and is far harder for moron fans to wreck. I was fuming when the Sunderland fans ruined Keith Weller's minute's silence.
Houdini Logic Posted 16 February 2009 Posted 16 February 2009 I seem to remember a number of Swindon fans singing actually...
welck12 Posted 16 February 2009 Posted 16 February 2009 Its good to see that the majority of fans do give others (irespective of who they played for) the full respect they deserve. Although i agree the clapping does make it harder for the minority of arseholes to ruin, i feel the min silence shows more respect
Daggers Posted 16 February 2009 Posted 16 February 2009 I seem to remember a number of Swindon fans singing actually... Some were wankers but by far the overwhelming majority respected the applause.

Shrenchel Posted 16 February 2009 Posted 16 February 2009 What game was that? Im don't remember... Barnsley v Stoke. Nardiello got a last minute winner.
kieranLCFC94 Posted 17 February 2009 Posted 17 February 2009 I seem to remember a number of Swindon fans singing actually.. There was only about 10 swindon fans singing. But fair play to the rest of swindon for clapping.
