The League One leaders have been impressed by Demetriou's progress with the Rebels and also with the English Colleges side who he helped to the final of a competition in Italy. Worthing are waiting to hear whether the 18-year-old, who has scored eight times this season, will be available for tomorrow's game away to Dulwich Hamlet. The Rebels will certainly be without injured skipper Ben Andrews but there is an outside chance Andy Alexander and Glen Woodburn could return to action. Another defender, Matt Simpson, is available again. Joint manager Danny Bloor has revealed he may dual-sign two or three players before the March 31 transfer deadline to give Worthing options for the run-in to the season.
