Legend_in_blue Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Hardly surprising. Monies.Newcastle at 5/1 NO THANKS!! I'd put that on them to go down. AGAIN!!! Where are the players coming from? They need to completely reinvent their squad!
dandannieldanok Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 How on earth can we be shorter than Preston after their season.
Brainy Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Newcastle will either storm this league or float in mid table.
Ultra Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Bearing in mind that they're in a worse state than Leeds were when they came into this league, I'd go for the latter - possibly even a flirtation with relegation.
Ultra Posted 25 May 2009 Posted 25 May 2009 Skybet odds Most bookies make relegated clubs favourites to go up. Doesn't mean it always happens, though. Reading's odds seem strangely short, considering no-one knows who their new manager will be. I think Wednesday could be surprise contenders next season.

Dunno why but i fancy them to be up there as well
MPH Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 Newcastle are going to walk it with their messiah... newcastle and middlesborough coming down will be bad news for us. Our best bet is the play-offs
Darkzzz_ Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 newcastle and middlesborough coming down will be bad news for us. Our best bet is the play-offs Bloody hell. I will take anything above that dotted line. I am not going into next season expecting too much. Just want a relaxing season after the past few years.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 26 May 2009 Posted 26 May 2009 Haha they think QPR are 7th favourites. I'm able to do betting now so I might bet on us finishing in the top half next season.
