The Birch Posted 30 May 2009 Posted 30 May 2009 Green tea isn't very nice on its own, I don't mind it with some other flavour in it like mint or lemon. Don't pour the water as soon as its boiled because it cooks the leaves and makes it bitter, wait a 1 or 2 minutes after its boiled and don't leave the teabag in for more than 2 mins then it tastes nice,
