If affects other people, if Lita is a total ****, it could mess up the team spirit and ruin the mood of the club. I wouldn't be bothered about any assault charges, but he is going to be on big wages. It's not impossible he could be another Denis Wise. But that's all ifs and buts, I've never seen a previous manager or teammate say a bad word about him. If anything he was probably a training ground hero if the whole 'sex-tape' thing is true.

I expect most footballers have filmed their sex adventures, unless he did a Chuck Berry and hid a camera in a toilet, it's not of any concern! I'm not saying he's a shit player, just that he could backfire on us.
