Jordan Posted 23 August 2009 Posted 23 August 2009 I'm curious to know how professional football teams get their players ready to play a full 90 once or twice a week. How many hours a day do they train, and how does a typical day/week of training go? (outside of doing pint-glass curls, of course) I couldn't make training and playing football my full-time job, but I think I could use a few tips to mix up my own fitness routines.
