jonthefox Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 sad times indeed. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ter/8538236.stm
CosbehFox Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 The best news in ages for Chester fans. They will now be shot of the Vaughan family and begin afresh like they have been wanting for years.
purpleronnie Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 What happens to the teams that have played them already? Are the games and points picked up voided?
LCFC-ARAB Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 What happens to the teams that have played them already? Are the games and points picked up voided? From what i've heard on Skysports News I think that all the points teams got from Chester are taken off...... I think
Unit Posted 2 March 2010 Posted 2 March 2010 What happens to the teams that have played them already? Are the games and points picked up voided? Yeah everybodys point and goals scored/conceded involving Chester are taken off. Oxford were due to play Chester last weekend but obviously didn't, so they only lost three of their points whilst second place had six points taken off them meaning that Oxford extended their league at the top of the table without even kicking a football.
purpleronnie Posted 2 March 2010 Posted 2 March 2010 You'd be pissed off if you beat them and the teams below you hadn't...dropping down the league. Hiopefully the fans can rescue the club and start afresh.
