indierich06 Posted 26 September 2012 Posted 26 September 2012 WHAT A DISGRACE Micky's Filbert Street Model has been moved to the reception, what the hell was wrong with where it was? This is a shambolic way to treat a gift to the fans from Micky, I am appalled PLEASE HELP US TO RETURN IT TO THE FANSTORE IMMEDIATELY Jesus, talk about an overreaction. Some people will moan about anything, won't they? It's not like they've dumped it in a skip outside the megastore, they've just moved it to reception - which is where it was located initially anyway. If people think that's shambolic and appalling, they need to get out more.
Jace Posted 26 September 2012 Posted 26 September 2012 I saw this too from Bentleys Roof I really don't understand though why is it disrespectful to have it in reception instead of the fanstore?
davieG Posted 26 September 2012 Author Posted 26 September 2012 I guess the concern is how many 'ordinary' fans enter the ground via the reception compared to the Shop? Not many I would think and you also lose the chance for lots of children via the family stand viewing it. Of course the answer is a proper funded museum which was promised when the stadium was built and something the fans have really been let down on especially as they mislaid/lost quite a number of donations/lends to it.
Guest MattP Posted 26 September 2012 Posted 26 September 2012 Surely it's better in reception? Would be appreciated far more than next to all that tacky King Power shite in the clubshop.
