Tyres and Exhausts recommendations anyone?

Recommended Posts

Posted

Hi,

I got a Renault Megane car and it says on the car info thing whilst driving that i need a flipping exhaust change and i also recognise two of my tyres don't look good. As i go through a lot in and around Leicester i know several tyre places that would help me, but as i don't want to spend a lot (uni student - next lesson on Thurs afternoon :D.) and expect good service, any recommendations/ bad ones to not go to?

Cheers.

I always use k t tyres in wigston, quick reliable and friendly, not sure if they are the cheapest tho

Ring around for quotes. They all attempt to out do each other. Chains such as Kwik-Fit, Formula 1 etc. will be cheaper but come at the cost of you being messed about, told that you need this doing, that doing.

Best experience is with Raj Motors on Abbey Lane but they are a general mechanic as opposed to tires etc.

The two i am considering are K T (advised from Broughton Blue) and also Walker's Tyres as i going to see a mate who lives there on Tues. Probably go round/ring these two or summin.

Cheers people
