VinceNoir Posted 15 November 2010 Posted 15 November 2010 Erase this thread if you like. Just wanted to share my anger with fellow Leicester fans who might understand my situation. I'm a student living in Denmark. Last may loads of my mates became leicester fans following the spirited 2nd leg playoff semi-final vs Cardiff. We were all super psyched when we found out the Forest game is live on sky, as we knew the ONLY pub in the town I live in would be showing it. And then guess what.. Bloody El classico gets moved from Sunday to Monday because of the Catalan vote.. Fookin politics ruining it again. Spanish football is popular in Denmark, so everywhere will be showing this, which I suppose is fair enough, but it means my mates and I have to gather around a 13" screen watching some crappy stream... LAAAAAAAAAAAAAME. Sorry for this stupid thread, but I hope your feel for me
Maybes Posted 15 November 2010 Posted 15 November 2010 Pretty annoying from a personal view - now wont get to see the el classico.
Dylan Posted 16 November 2010 Posted 16 November 2010 This has really pissed me off. Been looking forward to El Classico since the last one, especially more now with Mourinho. Why would they play probably the biggest club match on the calendar on a Monday. Its a joke. Will now have to miss watching this obviously. Now if we don't win it'll piss me off even more. First, for not winning added for it being against Forest added to the fact of missing el classico.

Now live in the states so I feel your pain for missing city games!!
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 There is only one solution for you and your mates - 13 plane tickets to East Midland Airport, 13 tickets to the game, 6 hotel rooms (one gets to share a bed, lucky them) and the mandatory 13 viking hats so that you get picked up on TV. Sky plus it back home to capture your moment of TV glory, best of both worlds!
