If you are suggesting Hume left us after saying he wanted to stay than that would be wholly unfair to lay the blame at his feet.

He wanted to stay but was forced out of the club as the club tried to balance the books. He never wanted to leave.

As MPH said I'm pretty sure Hume leaving was as much if not more about the club and money them him wanting to leave.

Is there any source that the club forced him out? I'm not having a go or anything, just a general question.

Mainly because on the season review Nigel Pearson said that the 3 players who wanted to leave made it very clear to him, and he wan't going to stand in their way (and I think the 3 players are McAuley, Stearman and Hume).
