Timm released

Manchester United's Mads Timm has been released from prison after serving time for careless driving. The 20-year-old Dane picked up a conviction for his part in a car accident, but has now been granted his freedom. The midfielder will require permission to play in the evening for United, but his father Peter Timm was overjoyed that his son was finally out. "Mads was released on Friday, so things could hardly be better," said Peter Timm. "We were nervous that it could be until September 3 before he is released. United will have to seek permission every time Mads plays in the evening, but otherwise there are no big problems."

It would be great if he came to here! We have hardly any good strikers at all. Connolly is alright, but Dion is too old and slow, and MDV is just a donkey.....

Well, lets hope this story is a goer, I've read a few articles now about this lad, and I'm very excited about what he could do for us, come on CL, do the business!

CL is reckoned to be an excellent man manager by players and so he may be able to make the best of these type of prospects. If so we could find some real nuggets that others have passed over.

He seems a reasoned man who commands respect naturally but with his reputed muckraker of a punch, he's always got back-up if anyone's giving him too hard a time!!

i think if CL did buy both of them then one would play on the wing (Blake and Timms that is). He likes one side narrow it seems, I wish we had Marcus bent back he was brilliant with his inside info, currently we have no insiders

As reported in the Sunday People :

MADS TIMM will be given a chance to resurrect his career at Leicester. The Manchester United midfielder - once seen as a world-class propsect - has served a jail sentence for a driving offence and Leicester will take him on a free.
