1964FOX Posted 7 August 2011 Posted 7 August 2011 I have to pay for myself the missus and my lad. I attend every home and away game so I would be a little fearful of knowing the actual amount I spend per season. I can easily pay £200 on some away days. It has to be at least in the thousands rather than the hundreds. I am in the fortunate position of being able to afford it but may be shocked by the actual cost.
stix Posted 7 August 2011 Posted 7 August 2011 35 quid for a fing parking ticket Yeah we got one too. "parking less than 12' away from double yellows" up on the grass verge on the roundabout next to the ground. Sickening. Only the front row of cars got tickets
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 7 August 2011 Posted 7 August 2011 Certaintly not a cheap process......well for me any way if i factored in flights and accomidation
Jace Posted 7 August 2011 Posted 7 August 2011 this season Im estimating per home game £25 ticket x2 £180 petrol £60 hotel room £30 food and drink for 1.5 days for 2x people ------- total £320 per home game the term plastic fan is pretty annoying when u cant afford to goto many games we are leicester city after all find it hard to call myself a glory supporter!!
Marmite Posted 7 August 2011 Posted 7 August 2011 We were talking about this yesterday, there are 4 of us who are going to attend every home and away game this season. We are going to drink beer and go mad on a few occasions and spend a few nights away in places like Portsmouth, Brighton and maybe Cardiff but then some games just make it as cheap as possible where we just go straight to the ground. Yesterday I did about £100 including my ticket, food and lager before and after the match in town which resulted in me leaving the house at 9.30 and returning at 2am with an empty wallet and nursing a hangover today Well worth it though

liamsm Posted 7 August 2011 Posted 7 August 2011 Hello fellow foxestalkers. A season or two ago Ched(I think) came up with the idea to note the cost of what you spend each game on Leicester City. Well I'm taking up this idea this season, I'll happily make a template database for people to download to input there data into. At Christmas(ish time) and the end of the season we all upload what we've spent. I think it'll be interesting to see what people actually do spend on Leicester City. Ashley. Bad idea, if the wife see's it she will want a nice big wad herself to go shopping
