The cost of following Leicester.

Hello fellow foxestalkers. A season or two ago Ched(I think) came up with the idea to note the cost of what you spend each game on Leicester City.

Well I'm taking up this idea this season, I'll happily make a template database for people to download to input there data into. At Christmas(ish time) and the end of the season we all upload what we've spent.

I think it'll be interesting to see what people actually do spend on Leicester City.

Get it done ash I'd like to see how much I spent cuz considering I don't have an ST :( i go to nearly all home games and a few away and every time I go my money seems to disappear and I haven't got a clue where it all goes most of the time

Your username implies your 16 therefore you wouldn't get a free beer unless you intend to give it someone else... If thats the case then I apologise ;)

did this a few seasons back, lasted a few games marched through the 00's and sacked it off. When 100-150 notes are dropped in one away it becomes a frightning thing to tott up. Then again the best moments in the stands and the general craic with the lads pre during and post games are utterly priceless so i choose not to think about it. But then again I still have principles so won't spend over 30 for a ticket unless it's the sheep or trees.

Seems interesting. I'd say that if you do it you should only include the cost of tickets and travel. Anything else you spend during the day (e.g. on booze, food, etc.) does not strictly represent the cost of 'following' the club. Besides, you'd still have to feed yourself anyway, and most weekends you'd be spending money on booze too (probably more!). Well...that's what I'd do if I wanted to count the cost - it would be too depressing otherwise!

Nothing basically. Got own car parking space next to the ground, whilst any drinks I have at any bar within lcfc goes towards our company bill.

I'm coming down with a mate from Uni (from Dublin, how about that for bringing a friend? I should have got a free ticket!), £25 a ticket, £26 return on the train, beer and food money and I'll probs buy a shirt. So dear day.

£16 Concession Ticket

£15 Under-18 Fox Travel

70p can of coke on the way

70p another on the way back

70p packet of crisps

£2 had 2 goes on the 'minute of the first goal thing' on the bus.

Being 16, I can't afford this too often but today was incredible. It'll be nice to see if we can get the same atmosphere at home next week.
