wellsy Posted 15 September 2011 Posted 15 September 2011 Hi all, The inevitable has happened and I have lost my season ticket/card. I'm working 12-9 tomorrow so need a solution, can anyone help? I know the obvious would be to ring the ticket office but is there anyone else who has done this yet? If so how long does it take to get a new one? Sorry for clogging up the forum with my uselessness! Many thanks in advance.
Yojoe36 Posted 15 September 2011 Posted 15 September 2011 They give you a new one for a fee of around £30. You have to go to the ticket office though.
somebum Posted 15 September 2011 Posted 15 September 2011 They give you a new one for a fee of around £30. You have to go to the ticket office though. That's amazing. All that money spent and they fcuk you a further £30 just to hand out another one. I am sure it doesn't cost that much to reproduce another season ticket.
wellsy Posted 15 September 2011 Author Posted 15 September 2011 Ah right ok, thanks for your help! And I completely agree, if that is the case its quite harsh. Gonna tip my house top to bottom until I find it!
wellsy Posted 15 September 2011 Author Posted 15 September 2011 Working 12-9 as in 12 in the afternoon mate so will go down before I start my shift.

They have to charge something, what if you said you lost it, yet didnt? you would have 2 season tickets This was a flaw in the old book system, i knew people that claimed to have lost theirs, got another one for £10 i think the charge was, then sold the other season ticket to someone else, when the stadiums not full, you can sit wherever you like

Haydos Posted 16 September 2011 Posted 16 September 2011 Do you actually know what it's like to experience joy? He definitely has a point. £30 is fvcking ridiculous for a replacement card.
Guest MattP Posted 16 September 2011 Posted 16 September 2011 Do you actually know what it's like to experience joy? It's a bit OTT though isn't it to charge 30 quid for something that costs about 70p to produce.
