eternal fox Posted 25 September 2011 Posted 25 September 2011 watching leicester today saw them trying to recover from there bad start to the season.trying not to loose, trying to keep possession of the ball, well that is all very well, but cardiff was there for the taking.for all leicesters positional play, ther was no intensity in leicester play, not enough pressing, not enough confidance in there attacting play. a winger seem to me to be missing, someone to get round the back of defences, cause trouble. top teams have a intensity in ther play, i dont see in leicester at the moment, you will know when it happens lets hope.

Still 38 games left.
cc_star Posted 25 September 2011 Posted 25 September 2011 Another thread? Could have gone in post-match or 1 of the other 10. Yes we seem 1 paced & didn't play fast enough to play through their stubborn defence. Still, unbeaten in 5 & another clean sheet, away, & at a rival!

I know we hit the bar during the game, but in my opinion, a point is a good result away at Cardiff, and it also would be a good result away at Middlesbrough on Wednesday.

A point is not too bad considering. It seemed to me they were playing for a point from the kick off despite being the home team. I would be far more annoyed at the tactics my team used yesterday if I were a Cardiff fan.
