The Doctor Posted 10 November 2011 Author Posted 10 November 2011 I've taken up meditating for 20-30 minutes before going to bed and so far that seems to be working fine.
Leicfox Posted 10 November 2011 Posted 10 November 2011 I've had a lot of turmoil over the last 6 months and as such my sleep has been affected dramatically. I've had everything from herbal to Zopiclone to Diazepam and nothing worked until the doctor but me on Phenergan Tablets. You can buy them on the net for about £6 and they are brilliant. http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/phenergan-tablets-25mg_1_40445.html?utm_source=Google%2BProducts&utm_medium=Google%2BProducts&utm_campaign=Google%2BProducts Seriously if your having sleep problems try these.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 10 November 2011 Posted 10 November 2011 The past couple of years I've been having real problems falling asleep and quite frankly it just seems to be getting worse but, when I finally get to sleep, I struggle to wake up again, I will just keep sleeping through any alarm clock and end up not waking up until mid-day. Basically I'm looking for suggestions on how to help me get myself to sleep? I sky plussed the first half of Birmingham v leicester if you want that?
