I personally think sacking Sven was a mistake by our Thai owners, when I found out he was sacked I was gutted. Sven brought in some quality players for us. If he would of got us promoted look at that calibre of player he would of been able to bring to the club, will our new manager be able to attract the players Sven would have? IF we get MON back then yes I think we will be able too however if he get someone else will we? Our new manager will get my full backing, BLUE ARMY!

Libertine Posted 4 November 2011 Posted 4 November 2011 I was disappointed too but getting the team playing well and effectively is more important than having well known players. If we get someone who isn't a top name manager he'll end up being sacked shortly after us going up anyway.

He signed to many central midfielders though, and then tried to accomodate them all in a formation which he couldn't do. I know some of you Sven fans were dissapointed, but we sat through so many poor games where we were negative and poor, and where the players did not seem motivated at all. I know you are sad Sven has gone, but get over it and move forward together.
