Weller in Tights

Not a new song but how to sing a classic

I wish you luck with this, you will need to be persistent as I would be surprised it will be well supported at first. If I'm in the ground when it starts and I can hear you as I'm in the Kop.

As others have said you don't help your cause with the fat drummer comment. If you knew him you would realise he does more for atmosphere home and away than most even without the drum.

You sad little boy, when will you lot ever learn 'does more for the atmosphere...'

Let's get this straight he is an embarrassment to the club I'm not going take the mick out of him, I will leave that to the 1000s of away fans who don't it every week. He does not create an atmosphere. On the odd time he is not there L Block have far more original chants. Often when he is there people only choose to sing when he starts banging that bloody drum (including away fans). Finally and most importantly, HE IS PUT THERE BY THE CLUB. They probably pay for his bloody drum sticks. Football is not about that. It reminds me when the Fox fanzine was on sale in the club shop. How bloody stupid is that a Fanzine that never criticises the club. I know I'm an old git and football has changed and you need a fat prat with a drum for today's teenagers to chant "everybody dance now" But don't ever tell me he makes the atmosphere better.

Forget it let's bring Status Quo and Tina Turner in may be they can create some type of super group with the bloke with the drum.

Can't think of many other clubs that now have an official drummer and it's a pretty sad state of affairs that we can't create enough noise or start enough songs without one.

Not gonna criticise Jobber personally though because he at least tries to do his bit to get a few songs going but I'm sure half of L Block would be lost without having someone to bang out a tune for them.

Think the reason WYS has been lost over the years is the fact it hasn't got a tune you can bang a drum to and some of the people singing the songs look like they can't remember more than 5 words in a song anyway.
