Ashley Posted 22 December 2011 Posted 22 December 2011 A few weeks ago me and my dad were at home, the phone rang the person on the other end of the phone said his company works for MICROSOFT and that our computer had sent 'error' messages to MICROSOFT. MICROSOFT then passes these 'error' messages on to this company(based in Leicester) so they can get in contact with who ever computer has these 'errors' and they can try and guide you the right way to fix them. My dad passed the phone onto me, I was questioning the person on the phone I said could I have contact details for this so called company he only gave me a phone number, I did a google search and nothing game up? Suspicious? I thin so. Anyway they've rang back today and said my computer had sent another 'error' message and this 'error' message said that the computer had been hacked and it had 2781 'errors on system'. No one really uses our family PC any more as we all have smart phones. Has anybody ever had any phone calls like these?
