City youngsters Liam Moore and Shane Byrne have both agreed contract extensions with the Club, keeping them at King Power Stadium until June 2013.

Both first-year professionals, Liam and Shane both graduated from the Foxes academy last summer and have both enjoyed profitable loan spells in the Football League during their first year in the professional ranks.

Moore, 18, spent the first half of the campaign with League 2 Bradford City, making 22 appearances before returning to make his Foxes debut in the 2-1 win at Crystal Palace in early-January.

Byrne, also 18, spent three months on loan with League 1 Bury between September and December, appearing 15 times before his spell at Gigg Lane was cut short by an ankle injury.

The pair join second-year professional Cian Bolger in agreeing new terms with the Club - the 19-year-old defender and fellow academy graduate having also signed a contract extension this month.
