I haven't even critiqued him to large extent, just stating an opinion, I haven't said he isn't a bad player but he does come out with a lot of crappy statements, don't worry when Richie Leaves his wife he will be the first to knock on your doorstep

Anybody under 35 years of age who's on here on a Sat afternoon or Sun morning should actually be PLAYING football at that time, not pretending to know anything at all about it !! Ahhh.....but of course, the reason they are not actually playing (as long as they are fit ),is simply that they are no bloody good at it !! If you no bloody good at something .....why even pretend you are the slightest bit knowledgable about it ? Believe me, Football Manager or whatever it is you play is no comparison to the real thing, no matter the illusion a lot of you on here have !

He has exceeded my expectations recently and fair play to him his performances have merited consistency, but I still feel he isn't part of the future which for me would be Danns and Dinkwater by that is my opinion.

'make sure the strong characters in the team help the others.' Talks a lot of sense our Ritchie. Upped his game since being made Cap, which should have happened ages ago.

Football is a high pressure sport these days though and especially at clubs with money and although it's unwanted pressure I've mentioned above it's definitely pressure players at our club should of expected. It's down to the manager and his staff to turn the pressure into something useful like motivation and/or confidence, it probably never happened early on in our season (Sven & Fazackerly) and it's taken it's toll ever since. NP is trying and will rectify it imo as he seems to have time for players as it states about Beckford and that is a great trait to have as a manager imo.
