syston_fox Posted 8 July 2005 Posted 8 July 2005 City's early summer work, meanwhile, is progressing well at Loughborough University's superb facilities as they count down to the first match of the pre-season at Kettering on Sunday (3.0).But with a heavy schedule of games, the City side is not expected to be at full strength for the opening run-out. A mainly young outfit could include the likes of Richard Stearman and Alan Sheehan who have made the breakthrough to the senior ranks. The more seasoned members of the squad will step up when the two-match tour to Norway starts on Tuesday. That is when Levein hopes to establish something closer to his starting line-up, and the plan is to get the formation together as soon as possible. * City fans travelling to Sunday's friendly at Kettering have been warned not to park near the ground because roadworks directly outside the Rockingham Road stadium are causing traffic delays.
