LoneWolf Posted 10 July 2005 Posted 10 July 2005 Just got back. Prettyy boring game to be fair but we won and it was probably too hot for running around. Bara was one trialist at CB, didn't look very convincing to be honest. The other trialist played CB and I'm sure I heard Logan call him Jacob, so I don't know if we've actually got Timpano on trial. If it was him I'd be dissapointed as he also had an average at best game. The other trialist was up front, scored a tap in after a keeper fumble and looked ok. Stearman and Wesolowski were our best two players. I was also dissapointed with Sheehan who gave the ball away far too often. But at the end of the day it's the first game of the pre-season, we won and it would have been a goodwork out. 135741[/snapback] was it a good leicester preformance?

I don't think anybody there today thought any first team members would play anyway but it gave us a good chance to see the younger lads. Brilliant to see so many blue shirts in the crowd and it gave us a little taster for the new season. Not long til the real football starts. Stood next to Bernie during the second half and around him throughout the game and he's back on top form. Apparently he's off to Norway now?!

Seemed full of running and energy, a bit like Tommy did when he first broke through into the first team setup but if he can beef up a bit he could be a good player in the future.
