Are you a road rager?

Now I understand. you have either never read, forgotten or never understood the highway code. The way you see it doesn't matter you are wrong. Drive in the inside lane unless overtaking.

And fool, other people have to go from the inside lane to the outside lane to the inside lane just to overtake you. You are more of a danger than "the old people and HGV"

I have to say although the highway code might teach you to take the leftmost lane, if you are doing 70mph then taking the middle lane is quite sensible. Otherwise you will be constantly moving in and out to overtake HGV's that are limited to 60mph. Anybody overtaking you is breaking the law anyway and they still have an extra lane.

Absolutely, but once you are past said lorries, then get yourself back in the left lane. Dont stay in the middle lane because there is another lorry 3/4 mile up the road though you need to get past.

*Not you personally. You know what i mean.

That's road rage. And you should justifiably have your licence taken away from you.

Those idiots that just sit in the middle lane are the WORST drivers on the motorway. You are supposed to drive on the left and overtake on the right. How you can complain about people overtaking you on the left is laughable - they should never have that possibility.

I didn't actually mention anyone overtaking on the left, I was talking about tailgating when there is a lane free to overtake, but I'm glad you got a laugh out of it.

Doing 70mph in the middle lane, i rarely go more than a minute without overtaking a slow moving vehicle or safely allowing a car to enter at a junction. If I went into the inside lane at every opportunity, i'd be switching lanes, slowing down, speeding up ever 30 seconds. Much more dangerous for all concerned. I'm not saying it's ok to go slowly in the middle lane, but doing 70 there is the safest way to drive.

Also people who have no conviction when breaking and all you can see is their break lights flashing on and off, either you are breaking or you're not, dickhead.

very true. Im 22 with barely a years driving experience and this really annoys me. If you're going to repeatedly tap your brakes, then you may aswell just ease off the throttle. Especially on country lanes.

Driving at 70mph you would tavel for over 1 mile in a minute.

If you're not overtaking then move into the inside lane. Moving out to overtake a lorry is what happens that's normal. On a single carriageway road would you sit on the RHS of the road because there are lorries on the left. Of course not. You can't pick and choose which rules you obey. Big deal that you have to pull in and out to overtake . If you don't want to do that sit behind the lorries and travel at a slow 60mph just like you'd have to sit behind a lorry at whatever speed it was doing on a single carriageway road with a line doan the middle.

Yes have ended up being arrested for assault twice because of road rage incidents, I try to take taxis/trains wherever I can now.
