The Doctor Posted 26 November 2012 Posted 26 November 2012 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhkWWoAZgVw Well, I didn't see that coming, pretty cool.
Fox in the North Posted 26 November 2012 Posted 26 November 2012 Genius idea when you've got nothing to lose, why not haha certainly makes games even more entertaining when stuff like that happens.
Finnegan Posted 26 November 2012 Posted 26 November 2012 We were ****ing hammered really but you have to take your hat off to the ingenuity. Clearly well planned. Haha.
Jimmy Posted 26 November 2012 Posted 26 November 2012 surprised more don't try it from there on the pitch
Guest MattP Posted 26 November 2012 Posted 26 November 2012 Didn't even know you could do that, though their were rules on how many you could put in. Looking at it their it looks quite impossible to defend against (and that's NZ ), more teams should try it.
Haydos Posted 26 November 2012 Posted 26 November 2012 You run the risk of conceding a 100m runaway try though if the lineout is lost. There are plenty of turnovers at lineouts these days so it isn't a guaranteed try. Don't understand why at least a few of the NZ backs didn't move into the maul though.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 26 November 2012 Posted 26 November 2012 Fair play to them, if it didn't work they may have got plenty of stick for it.
definitely not finners Posted 27 November 2012 Posted 27 November 2012 It only works once. The element of surprise is the only thing that makes that successful. So it's a bit odd to waste it on a nothing game. If people expect it you will just lose the ball or they'll be ready and defend it. Either way you're ****ed.
