Didn't think I'd be interested, but just read one and it's quite good fun. Read the Tuesday, April 16, 1912 Daily Mirror - the day after the Titanic went down. I always thought that wireless was a new invention. Found out that's a load of bollocks. Headline on page 2 - "TITANIC'S WIRELESS SIGNAL BRINGS VESSELS TO SCENE'. Sports page headline - 'BLACKBURN STILL WINNING'. Top three of Championship league table towards the end of the season. Derby sniffing promotion. 1. Derby County 2. Burnley 3. Chelsea Learned three things. 1 - We've been duped, wireless has been around for thousands of years. 2 - You only got 2 points for a football win in 1912. 3 - There were burglars and other riff-raff around even back in the old days. Some camouflage briefs - can probably get 2/3 wears before having to wash them. I had some of them but canna find them anywhere. Second sexiest pants I ever owned, behind the tiger skin Tarzan ones I once wore with pride.
