I started a new job and thought it was going to be hard to fit in but most people were welcoming. Now, i end up going Pub with a big group of people so its all good. On the work side, just make sure that you do your job in the first few weeks. Dont try and impress the manager too much or they will think you are suckin up and showin off, but at the same time show them that you are hard working and that you enjoy the job. Then they will leave you alone afterwords.
