Police in Leicester/Lad on Roof

[The Year Of The Fox]

Anyone know anything about this drama currently unfolding near Highcross?

[Jimothy]

My mum rang earlier, said it took her ages to get out the car park tonight after she'd been blood donors, and there was police everywhere. Searched twitter, pretty much just a couple of tweets saying a man was say on the edge of the top floor of the car park. That's all I've heard.
