WardyisPukka Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 I'm actually glad Watford won that day - its actually driven on our team and now look at the results! Live in past all you want! we're not!
MrSpaM Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 People aren't 'p**sed off' at the way it was celebrated. People are a just a bit bemused at to why a lot of your fanbase consider that the most important moment in your clubs history. Not sure how winning a semi-final and losing a final is more important to your club than gaining promotion to the premier league?!? Either your fanbase is extremely young and can't remember your team being in the top flight, or you've got some very strange fans. Does beating us in that semi final really rate higher than playing in an FA cup final? Defeating Leeds in the play off final? Nope, it's all about one of our players missing a penalty...
Bluetintedspecs Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 I've always seen Watford as a quaint, small club who play near an allotment. Winning on Saturday to me means 10 in a row and 3 points nearer to promotion. Their handfull of irritants don't come into the equation any more, although a reminder of the treatment of some of our players directly after will probably ensure NP doesn't have a difficult pre-match speach to deliver!
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 I demand that Filbert visits the City Ground in a couple of weeks to recreate Knocky's goal. No no no Wood's goal as it was so funny
FuriousFox46 Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 I thought that aswell. I'm sure Stringer was say saying on the radio how Leicester weren't going to play it. I don't think it was played. We played the 3-0 win from the 09/10 season. I thought so too I've always seen Watford as a quaint, small club who play near an allotment. It's just like the Hull thing. A bit of bad blood that will dissipate very soon. It's pretty much gone already on our end.
Littletoe Posted 5 February 2014 Posted 5 February 2014 Majority have nothing against Watford. That's the truth... But you only need to read the Youtube comments to understand how many Wankers are supporting your club. I expect nothing less than a 2 goal win on Saturday. We haven't finished our revenge mission just yet, nothing personal.
MattGamble92 Posted 6 February 2014 Posted 6 February 2014 We 100% did NOT play the forest goal before our fixture with them this season. Even though we usually play previous fixtures on the screens, we seen what absolute twats Watford made themselves look by what they did the week before and decided not to.

I was pretty sure we didn't as people were saying it would only rile them up, think they played the 3-0 victory from 09/10 season.
Iwan is a Welshman Posted 6 February 2014 Posted 6 February 2014 I've got no problem with Watford. Great game of football it's just a shame we were on the losing end of it.
