I think it would have to be Autumn 2015 for me to have any chance of going or if I'm lucky enough to get this new job I'm hoping on then.. Maybe! Guess getting tickets for a Vegas fight are like goldust though aren't they? Good luck on the job front. Again Vegas is just weird you can never tell, Hatton v Mayweather was obviously ridiculous as you had 30,000 clamouring for about 5,000 tickets but you were talking around £1000 to get one, that said on the night like a lot of big events a lot of people then suddenly turn up with spares and they were going for £250ish outside the arena. Pacquiao v Cotto was just bizarre, being quoted upto £2000 and then we started drinking with this Mexican bloke and his mates ina bar the day before the fight and he just asked us if we wanted tickets after an hour or so, started asking how much and he said just what I paid no problem I've got an business emergency and have to fly home tonight. We paid him about £300 for 4 seats and they were superb, could have sold them on for £2k. So many of the tickets are just being tossed around between businessmen, gamblers, dealers, scalpers, anyone out there with contacts, just keep your eyes open and you never know, it's a strange place when fight weekend is on. Remember being told by a guy on East Side Boxing he was watching the Mayweather De La Hoya fight in a bar whilst the undercard was on and some bloke next to him just asked him if he wanted to go to the Main Event as his bird had let him down, a ringside $3k seat and he just say come with me and dont worry about the money, could have been complete bullshit but it honestly wouldn't surprise me.
