I could appreciate it if they at least had the skill to defend themselves, but they were both wide open and still barely landed any decent hits. What I've said is not that complicated....

But that's the problem, you don't know what a quality fighter is. Even boxing experts admit that Froch is just a rough arse who can take a few punches. They know he's not a particularly skilled fighter. Him being a Forest supporter doesn't necessarily mean he's a scumbag (though it's often likely), but he is. Neither of those things make him a less than great boxer either, but he isn't one. But the fact you actually like him is a bit concerning. It's like those people who like Wayne Rooney.

What a weird comment. Making assumptions about people you know almost nothing about is rather silly, for example I never had any desire to be a professional fighter. So reel it in.... He's a multi millionaire in the same way footballers are, because of the industry they're in. It's all inflated in sport, just because he's rich doesn't mean his talents are actually worthy of that much money. He's obviously good enough to be a world champion in that weight of boxing, but if he's fighting people like Groves, it's not hard to see why. I haven't followed his whole career but every time I've seen him I've never thought 'wow what a great fighter'.

I'm aware boxing is tactical but as I've said, tactics were shit tonight, and yet there wasn't many good punches thrown either.
