Fox Ulike Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tv2wOvRFNk Knockaert vs Derby I’m a big fan of Knocky… but given that he tries this every time he takes a free kick, the fact that he managed to pop one in once this season shouldn’t be a source of wonderment… My memory only really goes back about one game, so my goal of the season is Mahrez… Brilliant strike, technically a lot more difficult than hitting a free-kick, and a far more difficult angle. 2nd Vardy against QPR. Again, technically a very very good goal.
Fox Ulike Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 DAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN BOUT. Just look at his body shape... balletic. He has a poise and balance that you rarely find at this level of football. We have a rare talent on our hands here… He reminds me of this fella:
bluesbrothers Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 I'd stand by Drinkwater vs. Watford for its importance and the control needed for the dip - 1 in 100 of those actually go in on the bounce, the rest sky over. Mahrez' was a great strike, but no better than the likes of Nuge vs. Southampton or Kermorgant's only goal for us against Middlesborough. Kingy's was a stunner, fair play, probably even better than Drinky's, but ultimately that game ended up feeling like two points dropped than one gained as was the case against Watford - that's why I'd vote for Drinky's, it simply meant so much more at full time. If you're one of those who favours tekkers over meaning, an honourary shout could go to Knocky's free kick against Derby in the cup.

I am literally speechless. vs
RizLCFC Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 I loved Vardy's finish against QPR, that was a massive result in our season and set us on our way.
Corky Posted 21 March 2014 Posted 21 March 2014 Loved King's v Birmingham, took the ball from behind him, with defenders around him and curled it beautifully inside the near post with not much space at all. I'll go for his at Blackpool, closely followed by Drinkwater v Watford.
veezeeblue Posted 22 March 2014 Author Posted 22 March 2014 so many choices and opinions ... well I think that´s why we need a voting system, how´s it gonna be ? who´s got a site / blog that can help ? let´s get something done by last game ?
bluesbrothers Posted 22 March 2014 Posted 22 March 2014 I am literally speechless. vs I'm dead serious. Just because he was a Palenka-failing **** doesn't change the fact that his one actual goal for us was a good goal, and virtually identical to Mahrez', albeit from the other wing (same as Nuge's). I'm still suprised that everybody is fawning over a goal that, while impressive, isn't really that rare a sight.
veezeeblue Posted 30 March 2014 Author Posted 30 March 2014 who´s going to put a vid together of each candidate ? and voting page
