Guest Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Thinking ahead to next season. Does the EPL or any other organisation have on demand prem league games online. With the NBA,NFL, NHL you can subscribe to Watch the games from their leagues live or on demand for the season, is there the same for the Prem. Living on the continent I'd like the ability to Watch every Leicester game as opposed to having to listen to foxplayer and sub standard ilegal video matches. Any info much appreciated.
Captain... Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 In the UK they would never do it because of the sacred Saturday 3pm slot, but there may be channels or sites available outside the UK that would do it. Or just stream it, you can get some good quality streams, especially if you download a player, every EPL match is streamed live somewhere in the world, there is no guarantee that an official stream will be any better than an illegal one, you remember Thai TV, Bet365 also used to stream some EPL matches outside the UK, they were official but rarely better than the illegal ones. If you are having moral dilemmas about streaming, then I can set it up so you pay me to watch them, you know to alleviate your guilt...
mikey54 Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Slightly off the subject - but Thai TV regularly broadcasted live games a couple of seasons back. I wonder if they'll be doing the same if we achieve the promotion.

If you are having moral dilemmas about streaming, then I can set it up so you pay me to watch them, you know to alleviate your guilt... . I lived through Thatcher's Britain. I have no moral dilemmas. ! I pay for NBA gametime and for NFL matches - basically because I don't want to sit up to stupid times of the night and I want to Watch the game peacefully whenever I want - I've always found these "as live" recordings to be of a perfect standard whereas live streams depend on connection, no.of users etc... Of course Saturday matches are never going to give me a problem I can Watch them live and most likely will. It's the midweek evening games that can cause more of a problem for me - for example I won't have a connection tomorrow evening for the Yeovil game and I hate to miss matches. Seems as though Fox do some sort of on demand EPL but I haven't been able to get détails of whether that's only for Yanks or whether Europeans can have it too.

There must ba a reasonable chance but it's not really a problem for live games - my problem is more when I'm not available "live" and want to see the match later on.
Aus Fox Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 In Australia every premier league game is live on demand, so there should be a stream every week.
Guest Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 In Australia every premier league game is live on demand, so there should be a stream every week. Perhaps I'm not being clear. For midweek games I'm often in a non-internet zone. I want to be able to Watch these games the next morning not live. In Aus can you Watch the games the next day in their entirety online? If so do you have to have an Aus address to sign up?

Guest Posted 28 March 2014 Posted 28 March 2014 That is next to nothing money for the season - 30 euros! I'll get in touch with them over the summer and see if I'll be able to Watch hem whilst "travelling abroad".
