themotivator Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 6.5 is hardly a great mark. He did his job and tried to get forward better than Moore did. I don't think he's good enough now for the prem but he was ok last night. I think he gets picked on a bit. Im aware 6.5 is not a great mark however it is the highest mark you gave any of the players who started last night. Im sorry I really dont know why I care. I just think he was exploited by the brighton players which contributed. Basically Im just trying to highlight the fact that most players seemed to be having an off day with the exception of konchesky who just doesnt seem to be up to it any longer.

Seems as though most other posters agreed with me that he was better than most. I agree, he's not premier level. But he wasn't bad last night Yes, but that cross should have been cleared easily. What about the time he pulled it back to Drinkwater on his weaker foot rather than drilling into a danger area? Or the cross that went over everybody? One decent cross doesn't equal 'end product'. Give him a break.
