foxes_rule1978 Posted 20 April 2014 Share Posted 20 April 2014 It is more he is young and was rather inexperienced when we had him. Proving to be a good player now
DennisNedry Posted 20 April 2014 Share Posted 20 April 2014 I thought Kane actually played well in his debut for us, then after that he was shite. But he was put out wide which was never gonna work.

Freeman's Wharfer Posted 20 April 2014 Share Posted 20 April 2014 He came to us on the back of signing a 4-year contract at Spurs. He had nothing to play for other than a bit of fitness and to get a bit more experience and it showed. No-one doubted his ability, he could clearly strike a ball and Shakespeare said he was one of the best technically that he had worked with, but he had zero desire. We could have loaned Cristiano Ronaldo but if Cristiano Ronaldo didn't want to sprint to beat a defender to a ball or didn't fancy going up for a header then we wouldn't have the true Ronaldo in our team. That's what I hated about Kane. In a time where we needed effort, desire and a will to win so that we could put an end to a terrible run of form, you could see that he clearly didn't give a crap. One of the biggest differences between this season and last is that we haven't had a Kane coming on to be carried for half an hour every week. This year everyone has wanted it and if you look at the difference in application between Vardy and the likes of Kane you'll see why we've had our success. It's not a case of people writing off a young player too early, it's a case of people judging them on the merits of what they do in a Leicester shirt and how they conduct themselves whilst representing the club.
