johnny the fox Posted 27 July 2014 Share Posted 27 July 2014 As a left back schlupp couldn't beat an egg if todays match is anything to go by.
Guest Posted 27 July 2014 Share Posted 27 July 2014 As a left back schlupp couldn't beat an egg if todays match is anything to go by. But he was solid in defence and brought an attacking threat. De Laet wasn't as outstanding today as he normally is and Schlupp is his backup. Far more worrying for me is the other side. Konch backed up by our best CB. btw is Upson injured? glenelgfox Posted 28 July 2014 Share Posted 28 July 2014 As a left back schlupp couldn't beat an egg if todays match is anything to go by. Defended reasonably well and didnt appear to get caught out like last season when he allowed the right wingers to get in behind him too often for what I saw via the tv but last night he looked awful trying to take on their right back - he never looked likely. It was like a non league player against a PL pro.
