The problem with the Muslim thing is that, just when it goes quiet, they let off another bomb, get another debate on the BBC, grab the headlines in the national newspapers or open some provocative thread on this website. I dread to think what damage Hitler could have done if he had had access to messageboards. His followers are still around and the decent people have to be careful not to fall into their trap.

What was wrong with that thread? And there was the Hitesh Poll which vanished after 1 vote! I dont mind them being deleted if there is a valid reason but can the thread creator be informed!

Hitesh Posted 22 August 2005 Posted 22 August 2005 Looking back, the thread didnt have much of a point! But the reason why it started was because of my incredible post count. But it sort of turned into a general thread where anyone talked about anything really. My point for keeping it was that it was a general thread bout anthing and if you didnt like it then dont read it. I dont read many of those Muslim thread but i dont make a big fuss about it and i dont read them. Anyway, its gone and i cant do anything about it. But what i do want is something from Admin/Mods to explain why a thread has been deleted. This would then rpevent similar threads from opening! And if someone does keep opening the same kind of thread that is deleted then they should be given Warnings, and then, 3 warnings then your out kind of thing! Just a suggestion but i hope you get the point!
