Think we have a pretty varied bunch on here so interested to know what you think of the Post Office's plans to extend opening hours and the new look models? Has your local office had a refurbishment or relocated to new premises? What's good, what's bad, what do you want to see changed?

They should designate certain desks or even post offices to all the twats who turn up with 25 parcels to post around the time that anyone doing a proper job can pop in. Bloody eBay idiots

Cheers, for many Post Offices postage is the main source of income but the public can sign up for drop and go to leave packages, given you a rep point because you know Royal Mail and the Post Office are different companies

I got 4 numbers on the lottery recently and had to collect the winnings from a Post Office, winnings were £164 but the PO's in town (WH Smith's & Highcross) wouldn't pay me as their tills were empty. Went to an estate PO in a convenience shop and they were brilliant. Paid out no problems. This was on a Sunday though tbf to the city centre branches.
