Guest Col city fan Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Villa didn't have players to 'make the difference' though, did they? First goal we gifted them, second Hutton could have took a shit and still got his shot off unchallenged. Fair enough if Bong La Whore and Benteke had run us ragged but they didn't. These excuses are wearing thin now to be honest. We are back to the 'gifted them a goal' argument. Will this be used every week? They looked what they were..the better side, who won the game. They have some good players, as they should, being in the Prem for years.

Ask yourself every week, how many of our players would get into their team? There's not many. That not the fault of your club or your manger, it's the way it is.
CPW22 Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 yeah but we need to win at least 10 or 11 of them to get enough points to stay up, can you see that happening, i can`t So do other teams. We are only 4 points behind.
Bunyip Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 There's another 20(?) games yet. Yep and how many of them do you figure we will win with this team ?

Erm except they did run us ragged. Our keeper kept us in the game and saved three dead on goals . They were miles better than us in all departments , just accept it .
Babylon Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 But there's a matter of expectation too. We are still right behind the team, we lost QPR, and whilst disappointed, we are still behind Dyche and the player, applauding them off in every game. We believe in them and what they're trying to do. It comes to something when a Burnley fan is the voice of reason on our forum!!
