Larry_LCFC Posted 28 December 2014 Author Posted 28 December 2014 Wouldnt your bank just refund you anyway? Probably, but some banks can be a right pain in the arse and make life difficult. Then you'd need to get a new bank card. I'd rather just try and prevent it to start with.
MooseBreath Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 13k not all of which are Amazon, out of how many Amazon customers? Several hundred million I'd expect. Not wishing to tempt fate but I'm going to take my chances.

But Ive broken a mirror or two recently and knowing my luck, they'll have hacked xbox, amazon and porn accounts.
Rincewind Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Just changed my password but I have no email notification from Amazon in regards to security issues.

Rincewind Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Not bought anything recently but I have a £25 voucher for Asda and money for Xmas. Thought about putting it towards a Kindle. I did have one that packed up so will look to see how much they are direct.

Rincewind Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 Off Topic?????? :xmaslaugh: sort of. I was thinking about Amazon shopping.
act smiley Posted 28 December 2014 Posted 28 December 2014 the source is from twitter, the daily mail are reporting it. Exactly. If it's showing up in the DM but not in any of the specialist press, it doesn't sound that likely. If its just 13k accounts from some random guy on twitter, it sounds more like some successful phishing.
