Danizen Posted 31 December 2014 Posted 31 December 2014 The One-Stop cash machine on Narborough Road is faulty. It didn't process my withdrawal but debited my account. With the Bank Holiday, it's unlikely to be sorted until Friday. I reckon loads of people will be withdrawing a fair amount for tonight's celebrations so thought I'd pass the message on.

Them Romanians are everywhere...I hope you contacted your bank asap, and the police. This happened to my brother a while back in Brum. He got a phone call from the bank a few days later concerning a £3k purchase :xmaslaugh:
ScouseFox Posted 31 December 2014 Posted 31 December 2014 happened to me when i was out once, withdrew £40 at about half 4 in the morning, nothing came out, no receipt. Checked online banking the next day and it'd gone through as a transaction so got onto the bank. Eventually got it back but it was a lot of effort, they kept trying to claim due to the time of the withdrawal perhaps i was a little worse for wear and just "forgot" to pick my money up, or someone took it when I wasn't looking. Had to contact the people who own the machine after the bank and they checked the records and found that the money given out vs the transactions processed was £40 imbalance, which was mine. Took about a week to get it back if i remember rightly, went straight back into my account. Luckily nobody had copied my card or details or any of that shit.

If the money isn't given out, or you don't take it in time and the machine takes it back, after a few days it automatically goes back into your account.
